“Prakruthi Dhwani” – a spellbinding performance led by Artistic Director Smt. Vimmi Bagavadesswar and her ensemble – was recently showcased at the Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture (IGCIC) in Mauritius. The event was organized in collaboration with the Antara Institute of Performing Arts, Dubai, UAE.
A highlight of the evening was “Sthreetvam”, a powerful and evocative segment centered on women’s empowerment, which left a lasting impression on the audience.
The performance was graced by the presence of distinguished guests including Mr. Barlen Vyapoory, former Vice President of Mauritius, and Dr. Kadambini Acharya, Director of IGCIC.
