This decision comes just ahead of the highly anticipated inauguration of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. The chosen location is part of The Sarayu, an exclusive 7-star plotted development situated by the Sarayu River and masterminded by Mumbai-based developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha.

Spanning an impressive 10,000 square feet, the plot holds strategic significance as it is positioned a mere 15 minutes away from the sacred grounds of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
