Renowned Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has recently made a noteworthy investment in Ayodhya, securing a plot valued at Rs 14.5 crore. This decision comes just ahead of the highly anticipated inauguration of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. The chosen location is part of The Sarayu, an exclusive 7-star plotted development situated by the Sarayu River and masterminded by Mumbai-based developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha.

Spanning an impressive 10,000 square feet, the plot holds strategic significance as it is positioned a mere 15 minutes away from the sacred grounds of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Amitabh Bachchan, in a statement, expressed his enthusiasm for embarking on a journey with The House of Abhinandan Lodha in constructing a residence in what he termed the "global spiritual capital" of Ayodhya.

In his words, "The timeless spirituality and cultural richness of Ayodhya have forged an emotional connection that transcends geographical boundaries." He sees this venture as the commencement of a heartfelt journey into the soul of Ayodhya, where tradition seamlessly interweaves with modernity, creating an emotional tapestry that resonates deeply with him.

The housing project is slated for completion by March 2028, indicating a commitment to delivering a residence that stands as a testament to the convergence of tradition and contemporary living. As Ayodhya gears up for the consecration ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol on January 22, Amitabh Bachchan, among a distinguished guest list, is set to participate in this auspicious event. Other notable personalities, including Rajinikanth, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and many more, have also received invitations to attend this historic occasion.
