More than 100 dishes from 10 countries were served to the guests at the wedding of Bollywood stars Kiara Advani and Siddharth Malhotra, which was held on February 7 in Jaisalmer's Suryagarh palace.
The menu included Italian, Chinese, American, South Indian, Mexican, Rajasthani, Punjabi, and Gujarati cuisines. Jaisalmer's Ghotwan Ladoo was among the sweets. There were also Afghani kebabs for the guests.
The two stars had booked the entire boutique hotel. There were around 100 names on the guest list. Among them were Mukesh Ambani's daughter Isha Ambani, Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor and wife and Varun Dhawan. 70 luxury cars were booked keeping in mind the high profile guests. Security was strict enough. Guests were not allowed to take phones to the wedding and pre-wedding functions.
There are also reports that special measures were taken to entertain the guests. There are arrangements for desert travel. Traditional puppet dance of Rajasthan was performed. A spa voucher was also included in the royalty treats provided to guests.
