In Morocco, a terrible fire in Fez's ancient city made six deaths and left dozens injured.
The fire, which was allegedly sparked by an electrical short circuit during maintenance work, destroyed approximately 25 shops.
Local officials and civic personnel acted rapidly to extinguish the fire and treat those injured.
A judicial investigation is being conducted to identify the exact cause and potential liability of the fire.
