Two people - a man and a woman were found dead at the scene of a house explosion and fire in Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning, authorities reported.
The explosion in Crescent Township, just outside of Pittsburgh, was reported at 8:54 a.m. by local officials.
The bomb entirely destroyed the residence, and the fire spread into the house's foundation and along the hillside, authorities reported.
"We all felt and heard the explosion," Allegheny County Division Fire Chief Andrew Tomer stated during a press conference.
Tomer stated that no injuries had been reported but that at least two other residences had been damaged.
The cause of the explosion has yet to be identified, officials said.
