The ''loneliest orca in the world" passed away after more than 10 years of isolation. There was a painful video of her hitting her head against the wall lately.

Kiska, dubbed the 'world's loneliest' whale, has died after more than a decade in captivity in an amusement park in Canada. According to Daily Mail, on March 10, MarineLand amusement park in Niagara Falls city, Ontario province (Canada) confirmed information about the death of Kiska whale.

The 47-year-old whale's cause of death was not disclosed, but a MarineLand representative said in a statement that its health had been declining for weeks prior.

Kiska was the last captive killer whale in Canada and was the focus of several protests by animal activists at MarineLand. In 2021, after a decade of solitary confinement in MarineLand's water tank, a video showing Kiska hitting her head against the wall of the tank made many people feel sad and angry.

This park was once accused of illegally holding animals in December 2021 after footage of Kiska hitting her head and body against the tank wall. This video has attracted millions of views on social networks.
